This bike is fantastic. It is without a doubt the best bike (ebike or standard bike) that I've ever owned. It is incredibly comfortable and it has more than enough power to do whatever you want to do with it. My last ebike had a standard 750W motor. The difference between that bike and this one is incredible. Steep hills that my old bike would struggle to get up are no longer a concern. My new Cruiser zips up these hills like they aren't even there at speeds that I couldn't even hit on flat ground with my old bike.
The quality of this bike is also amazing. The paint job, the welds, the build itself... everything is high quality. The bike is big and beautiful and it turns heads everywhere I go. You also get an incredible bang for your buck. This bike was actually $500 cheaper than my last ebike but it is 10 times better.
The customer service form Wired is also some of the best I have ever experienced. They are quick to respond and they will do whatever is necessary to get your questions answered and / or your issues resolved. Top notch service!!

Where do you get parts for it if something breaks?
Robert E.
Love the bike, fast as hell , probably the best bike I ever ridden, wondering if I could turn the shock the other way, when I get in I always scape my leg on the shock(red) lever on the suspension
Richard W.
Great bike. Love rhe dual batteries.
Yolanda
I've had this bike since 07/27/24, and it is now 09/07/24. I have not had the chance to ride it not 1 time because of a part that needs to be replaced upon arrival. I am waiting for Wired to send me another battery bracket because the one that came with the bike arrived damaged. Also, the bike didn't even come with a class 2 sticker on it. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

So far so good 450 miles
Jody T.
Love this e-bike! Had a few small issues in the beginning but Steve with Wired solved them all of them with great customer service. I own an Aventon Aventure 2 and really like it but once I bought my Wired Cruiser my Aventure doesn't get ridden much anymore. The Wired Cruiser is just head and shoulders above the rest.
Brian B.
Love my bike, put 150 miles on it so far. Assembly wasn't too difficult for someone who has never assembled a bicycle before. It is a heavy bike, so a partner to help with assembly could be beneficial. I like the upright riding position and step through design.
Initially thought I had a rear rim bent in shipping - turned out to just be the tire sitting on the rim weird when it inflated. A quick deflate, move things into place better, and re-inflation and we're good to go.
Jerry M.
I Got my parts within 1 week. Easy to reassemble.
I was up and running in no time.
This thing will haul the mail.

Th bike is awesome, speed and manoeuvre is great.
The only thing that I dislike is the chain. It flew out twice and got stuck in the freewheel. I think that the Crank set needs a chain guard on both sides. (Also on the inside).
Jeff N.
Absolute blast to ride, I would say its the Goldwing of bicycles, fit and finish was almost perfect, went together easy and everything works as it should. The only issue I found was on the blue bike the air valve for the rear shock has a shorter valve core than normal which does not allow an air pressure reading until you pump one stroke, it is recessed in the valve assembly about 1/8, not sure if the core is correct or the machining of the valve isn't right. Other than that small detail am completely satisfied, Thank You for a great bike, Jeff.
Art F.
Haven't had much time To enjoy the bike As I've been on the fires Here in California... But the bike looks beautiful And what little I have Road It Is great.. I'm 81 years old So it's easy to get on with the Step through Feature art43

Wonderful bike. Great performance. Built extremely well. Love the dual batteries. One thing of note is the bike is very heavy especially with both batteries installed!
george g.
OMG THIS THING IS SO POWERFUL!!!!
Dale S.
This bike is awesome, I love that you can reduce the assistance levels so I can get a workout (I set it at 9%).
I do need some assistance as the bike speedometer only reads 0.2 to 0.5. It also seems to have a delay on assist, maybe the sensor is only picking up one ping per revolution instead of multiple?
Please help at daleasparks@mac.com.

Love my Wired Cruiser. This ebike checks all the boxes. It has the power, comfort, extended range and the looks. I sometimes put it in cruise control at 35+ mph and ride it like a motorcycle. I upgraded to Allscape tires for better grip and smoother ride, handles the high speeds of 40+ mph.
Cheryl G.
I miss how light the previous Wicked ebike was but the range and speed of this model is amazing!
Ron J.
The bike is awesome in every way! So powerful and smooth to ride. I couldn't be happier with it! Thank you Wired!
Joseph M.
Alot of bike for the price.
Michael D.
Very nice fast bike.
james k.
this bike is awesome
John H.
This is my second Wired Cruiser. Both have been great bikes. Any questions I’ve had have been answered immediately by Wired’s great customer service.
Walter V.
This bike is fantastic. No problems that were not user created. Broke the front headlight bracket and new one was sent within a day. Email questions responded to almost immediately. Great customer service and bike. The power is appreciated when riding on heavily trafficked roads and up big hills. I constantly get stopped in the neighborhood by people who want to talk about the bike. Tell everyone riding makes you feel like a kid again. Then I get off the bike, hand them a helmet and say, “see for yourself”. Those who accept come back with huge grins of delight. Planning on ordering the new lime green bike with dual batteries and suspension in the early spring. I thought the blue color was amazing but absolutely blown away by the lime green. Guess the old 500 watt bike is relegated to collecting dust in the shed. Thank you Wired!
Geoffrey B.
Had a great ride today to my sons house and back, 18 miles, even at 95 degrees. Peddled up the hills with the assist level bumped to 4 to have it feel like a flat. With that ability, I can actually get somewhere at 65 yrs old and 295 lbs. Looking forward to trimming down and gaining strength!
Jon S.
The new lime cruiser is my third wired bike. The power quality and customer service are unsurpassed. I also have two 2024 freedoms in blue and orange. These bikes, turn heads wherever I go. I would highly recommend purchasing one. very satisfied customer.
Daniel P.
I love the bike rides well .
now i have'nt yet contacted anyone about the
condition of the bike when I received it , the rear fender was bent and had to be removed also the rack on the rear of the bike might possibly be the wrong one .
I myself could not get it installed so I had to take it to a bike shop , ( Fly E bike in San Antonio ) the tech said it had to be the wrong one . We did get it installed without the fender with a lot of manipulating . I since made a two piece fender that seems to work well .
Don't let anything here stop you from purchasing one
of these bikes they really ride well , I'm very happy with it . For me it was just easier to handle the problems .
Michael F.
I love my WIRED EBike Cruiser 2024+ (White), thank you...
Buddy B.
Wired has the very best customer service I have ever experienced. The owner got on the phone with me and helped! They answer phone and email promptly.
The quality of the bike is amazing. I can honestly say it (cruiser) is my favorite possession. I have nearly 500 miles and all I want is more. The price, customer services and riding experience makes this a easy choice. If you are on the fence, order one.
Derrick W.
I would like to applaud Wired Bikes for their outstanding customer service. I was having issues with the bike losing power while riding. I was connected to the owner who walked me through the trouble shooting process. It was an easy fix; however, it took 45 minutes for me to complete the task. I have an auto-immune disorder and doing fine dexterity tasks is one of the ways that I'm affected. The owner did not know this, yet never once complained or seemed irritated about how long I was taking. Thank you!
Wired Bikes are excellent and the customer service is second to none.
Mark S.
Waited to ride over 200 miles before review.
Very impressed, very fast, 7th gear keeps up with top speed. (No ghost pedaling) And let me say my top speed was a bit higher than some reviews on YouTube. (My state has no restrictions)
I really like that you don't have to use an app..
A simple display,
Brakes are excellent.
Range is great.
I am an avid skier in the winter months, this bike has balanced my adrenaline for the warmer months.
Mark J.
Good shape when it arrived.only problem was with the rack. Lots of bending and twisting required.Stripped the hole on left rear.Had to rethread.1st time and worked but went up one size bolt.Love it.
Jose R.
Love the range and the ride
Robert T.
I purchased the Freedom mid-year 2024 and took delivery. A seamless experience. Having been in sales all my life I rate this organization as a 10. I was able to have, any questions answered in a timely fashion. I took delivery with no damage to my shipment. The entire staff is well versed and their number one goal is customer satisfaction. Their product is top notched, and I would recommend their products to all reading this. Trust them to their word! Robert T

I really enjoy this new 2024 Cruiser. It's a pleasure to ride this thing to Canyon Lake on the Apache Trail, and even tortilla flat, and back to the house in Apache Junction ,and still have 40% power! I probably could have made it as far as Roosevelt Lake had I been able to continue down Hwy 88.
Certainly can't beat the price for the quality of the product! The display quality , the suspension, the power output!! Beyond belief!
nathan R.
Lots of power and super fun to ride!
Don C.
Plenty of power for me. My Cruiser frame is very well built and it feels solid, I believe it will last many years, (previously owned a city bike). Love the rear suspension and so does my back. * The only negative is the throttle isn't linear. The first quarter of a turn there is nothing, as you twist the throttle further, and when the motor gets current, you better be hanging on with both hands. When riding around town, I set it in class 2 to soften the starts. * It came well packaged and was an easy assembly. * I hesitated to order the "nonconformist" lime, but I love it now. ** The Doonuld
William J.
The 2024+ Cruiser is everything I could want in an ebike. All the power, speed and range you need to a great ride every time!
Robert S.
Great bike so far!
Teresa D.
Love my bike but haven't used it much. Waiting for cooler weather.
Joyce J.
Received my Blue Cruiser. Arrived in perfect condition. Had no trouble installing rear rack. Adjusted display to max speed, installed flat out and 20 psi and off I went for it’s maiden voyage. Bike rode perfect. NO wobble. This is my 3rd wired e bike and on the top of the list of the 25 e bikes I’ve owned so far. Thank You Steve.
Steven E.
This my second Wired bike and I couldn't be Happier...This bike is a beast ...
Mark R.
Everything went great an we love the bike.
Chaz C.
Love this Ebike. All the new upgrades that WIRED has done are worth it. More power, more range with the extra battery, built well and sturdy and tracks straight like an arrow. Keep it up WIRED. You guys are AMAZING.
Charles B.
One word description AWSOME!111111
Buy it you will love it. It’s so powerful when you need it to be! Fun to ride. Wired got this new model darn near perfect. Only thing I would want is a double sided chain stay on the front sprocket. That’s a want not a need.
Stephen M.
Big bike! I mean really big. Better to think of it as somewhere between a bike and a motorcycle. Once you get used to that tho it’s awesome. Really beautiful design and paint job (blue). Love it
Robert N.
This bike is amazing! Was easy to finish the assembly. Rides great. Looking forward to many future rides! Definitely recommend.
Alberto A.
Received the cruiser in perfect condition. Not a single scratch. Love the power and speed. Replace the bmx handlebar and added a stem riser.
ELTON R.
Bike has some issues with throttle assist mode...
Teck department is working with me on issue...will have more information after issue resolved.
Matthew N.
This thing is awesome. I've only gone 150 miles so far. Enjoying every minute of it. Looking forward to more adventures. Yes you should buy one.
Ryan D.
Love the power. Strongly dislike the how I can not ride “no-hands”, at no time can you release your grip on the handlebars to grab your water bottle or adjust your jacket, gloves, helmet or equipment without coming to a complete stop. I don’t know if it’s the device to stop the deathly wobble or a poorly built, loose front end but I am very disappointed with my Cruiser. The steering is very stiff on turns, I fight with it on curves and countersteer just to keep it straight. NOT HAPPY!!! Lastly, I tried calling customer service a couple days after purchase but was directed to their website and told to use the portal to voice my concerns. After 3 and a half months of waiting and just over $2000.00 cash I am disappointed with this purchase, very disappointed.
Tony L.
After ordering my 2 Wired Crusiers I fell in love with everything about them. The power and torque is 2nd to none. When I was new to the e-bike family I looked at the other brand F-cells. And after watching them clone exactly what Wired would upgrade on there bikes it was clear I wanted to be with the leader. Thanks Wired for being ahead of the pack. I have never regretted my choice.
Thanks, Tony

I own a 2024 titan orange freedom bike which I leave at my Florida home and I love it. But when I saw the 2024.5 version of the cruiser that had the full suspension that I was looking for I decided to get one to replace my Avaton Adventure and I love it, bike was packaged well no damage. Control settings were very easy to adjust even able to tweak while out riding. It has insane power almost scary. The suspension is great I’m 5’10” and 230 lbs and it is smooth I set front suspension to medium and rear suspension to medium flipped switch down. Now I don’t even try to avoid bumps matter of fact I intentionally ride over rumble strips it blows me away how smooth that is it puts a smile on my face. I love how you can adjust each PAS level to fine tune to your liking or skill level If you want a great workout set PAS 1 to 10 then 40,60,80,100 I rarely use PAS 5 but when I do it’s insane 40+ mph I definitely ware a helmet I only use PAS 5 if I need to get somewhere in a hurry otherwise PAS 2 to PAS 3 are plenty. I would say the suspension is better on my cruise then freedom I needed to put air in my freedom shock, I really like the step through much easier to get on and off compared to freedom. If I could trade my freedom in on the new cruiser I would and I love my freedom it’s just that I’m 66 and getting leg over the bar on freedom is more of a struggle I just tilt bike to do it and it works but just sliding through is definitely better and easier. I like the two battery set up if I went 40 miles on my Avaton Adventure I better be close to home or I will run out of power I took my Wired cruiser out for a 62 mile ride and still had over 40% battery left that is crazy but Awesome. My freedom’s display shows the ambient temperature outside I liked that the new display on cruiser doesn’t have that option I wish it did but other than that the display and information is awesome I like that you can have the tail light blink while out which is a great safety feature I wish I could have front light blink option for daylight riding but at least it’s on and it’s pretty bright for a standard bike light. All and all I really love this bike and can’t wait to get many more miles on it I’ve had it for 2 weeks now and over 250 miles this bike will stay in Minnesota but tempted to take with me to Florida, but then my freedom would get lonely can’t have that they both need love it’s just you get to October in Minnesota and the wind chill riding this bike can get brutal but I do love this bike. Wired makes a great bike and doesn’t sit back on there success and are always looking to improve. Great bikes great company.
Bruce P.
The ebike is even faster than expected and looks great
Eduardo m.
Absolutely the best ebike I have owned to date. Very nice build and components, speed , power and the power based PAS is a must . I love that it's got all. Beautiful crisp easy to read display and best of all dual batteries. Just got back from a 100 mile ride and still had 21% battery. Wired Customer support us excellent. They really made a great remake of the cruiser with the full suspension. Love it
Wade S.
Great bike just bought a second one for my wife. The best way to reduce Range Anxiety on those long all day fast 20 to 40 mph rides. Fully charge both batteries, next on the frame battery move the switch to zero. This will disable the battery and you will run directly off the Rear 15-Ah battery. When the battery voltage on your screen is getting close to 52.0 volts, it’s time to turn the 20-Ah Frame battery back on and start heading back to camp. I’ve had the bike for just over two weeks and have 300 miles on it with no issues. Thanks Wired for such a great e-bike. Wade S.
Theodore P.
Couldn't be happier with this bike. Decided to do my own range test with my bike in class 2 mode with pedal assist. INCREDIBLY, I got 103 miles on a full charge and still had 10% battery left. Range anxiety is out the window with this beauty running with dual batteries. Can't wait to see what awesome products they bring to the market next. Thanks again TEAM WIRED!!!
Jack H.
Super easy assembly. Immediately changed Class 2 to N and throttle follow to 1.
Dave G.
Love the Blue color, the cruiser is a wonderful bike. I had an issue with rim, customer service sent out new rim asap with out any issue. this company is the best and I never seen a company so responsive and ready to back there ebike warranty. To purchase a Ebike on online website is scary and to have a company you can talk to when an issue came up, made me feel so comfortable with the Wired ebike company. this is my 2nd purchase from Wired and will stick with them for any future ebike purchase. As you can see from photo its such a beautiful bike. I'm 5'9 age 62 with knee injuries is why I got the step through cruiser ,great choice for me. Its unheard of that I know the names of the owners tells alot about this company. they called me when i had the rim issue. Steve and Dan you guys Rock! thank you.
Jamie B.
I love it. The ride is nice and smooth plenty of power and speed
Harold B.
Wired bikes are the best! I ordered the new freedom and cruiser model and both are awesome! Wonderful quality on both! Stop listening to their competition who is clearly copying them! Wired bikes are better and more powerful!
As far as the so called (death wobble?). Let me tell you. That is a by product of a longer wheel base.
Wired has addressed this issue with a front end stabilizer which was installed on my cruiser upon delivery!!!! I rode it and there was absolutely no so called ( Death wobble) whatsoever! Excellent customer service wired! As far as the freedom? Yes it had the issue of the wobble because of the longer wheel base. Again this will happen to any bike (ebike or not). Wired sent me the same front end stabilizer as the cruiser (FREE IF CHARGE!) to fix this issue!
Don't let the other companies fool you! Wired is the best and has the most powerful and best e bikes in the price range!! Let's see if the other company tries to copy the new cruiser design ! Great job Wired!!!!
Eli K.
I really like my new bike. One thing if you ever give us an option ( maybe firmware update) on speed control level instead of power I would be interested. When biking with other bikes I'm set in a low power level and then I hit a small hill and I'm constantly adjusting power levels. Just thought I'd mention this. Thanks
Michael B.
This is my first e-bike purchase and I have to say it's amazing. It's big and intimidating at first but you will get used to that in no time. Speed and power is incredible and the stopping power is fantastic. Overall a fantastic experience. Beginner bike? probably not but who cares. Go big or go home.
Tim T.
I have been riding a class 3 bike for six years. The biggest issue I've had is flat tires, I swapped the Kenda's out for HEB Allscapes and now I feel much more confident at speed. If anyone has heard about the e bike grin, this bike will give you the O face.
Carson N.
Nice bike a little heavy. When it arrived box was beat all to hell. Not a scratch on the bike. Took longer to unpack than it did to assemble. Unlocked it turns into more of a motorcycle. Love it
Robert H.
Bike is big and heavy, takes some getting used to. Maneuvering at low speeds you can really feel the weight, but with just a bit of speed the bike really shines, solid cruising between 15mph and 40mph, the quickness off the line and top end make this thing a pleasure to ride.
Dan R.
Bike came with a bent fender and a chipped mirror , the free replacements came in the mail today . The rear suspension is a massive improvement over my last $2000 hardtail step through 1500 max watt mid drive . the motor does every thing better than the mid drive . The handling , 42 mph speed and two large 60v batteries and full suspension make this an incredible value . Really happy with the bike !
Steven R.
Easily the best ebike I have ever owned (or ridden). The power is intense and being able to use the throttle as I am following my toddler around town is extremely fun. I am 6'3" at 200lbs and the cruiser fits me perfectly. I would recommend the cruiser as the step through makes it much easier to get on and it looks amazing! Installation was a bit challenging on the back rack but after loosening the fender I was able to get everything bolted together/tightened up. It took a while for it to arrive, but I am glad I waited.
Allen C.
A big disappointment, a bad purchasing investment. The rear rack doesn't fit although I was sent a new rear fender and the derailleur guard is bent. I did not realize I was going to be responsible for fabricating the parts that don' t fit. After purchasing on line bikes, this the first I have to fix right out of the box. I am definitely in buyers remorse. I also have found the bike is to large and I can see it would be difficult for me, an 80 year old to manage, this has nothing to do with the company or bike, but for future buyers in my age range. My only hope is to be able to sell this bike and recoup my cost.
Donald P.
I love it it is a big heavy powerful bike the Dual shocks and dual battery really make a difference I have looked at many bike reviews you definitely have the competition beat I'm glad I got the step through Cruiser thanks again the bike is a winner.
Myles R.
I am a competent 79 year old rider with a lifetime of experience riding mountain bikes and for the last 8 years riding ebikes. As I've grown older and weaker my ebikes have grown more robust and powerful!. I researched buying a new ebike for almost a year prior to purchasing my Wired Cruiser. So I first want to thank the many YouTubers who so professionally made my decision more informed and enjoyable.
My Cruiser checked off almost all of my needs. I wasn't looking to go faster but needed more torque, stability and rear suspension. I added a Kinekt seatpost to make the ride enen chushier. I would not recommend this bike to older novices. It is too heavy and unwieldly for the inexperienced. And I chuckle at all the speed tests on YouTube. If you want to go 45 mph iI suggest a moped. But having some extra speed in reserve is a plus especially in traffic. In truth this bike is more a cross between an ebike and an emotorcycle. For my purposes it's perfect and Wired customer service has been tremendous in answering my inquires. Thanks Wired for a great piece of equipment and the looks I get riding it are priceless.
Gary D.
I received my Cruiser in pretty good shape, the only issue I had was with the rear fender being dented in where it attaches to the rack. I was able to remove it and hammer the dent out. I know there has been a lot of complaints about this problem. I do believe it could be remedied by completely attaching the rack to the bike, rather than leaving the rear stays unbolted. The other option that would probably help would be to not ship the bike with the battery mounted on the rack. It’s pretty obvious that the weight of the battery is smashing down on the rack and with the rear stays unattached it’s allowing the fender to get dented. Other than that small issue I am really enjoying the bike. I’m still amazed by how much bike I got for the price I paid. Great job Wired!
PS. The bike is already plenty fast, we don’t need more power but some improvements would be nice like water bottle attachment lugs somewhere on the frame or maybe include a dropper seat post on the Freedom model for the guys who aren’t quite as tall as others. Thanks for listening and keep up the great work.
Orville C.
The suspension on this bike is ultra smooth! The power is unbelievable and the cruiser is very sturdy. The e.xtra battery gets rid of range anxiety. The handling is superb! And what I really like about it is the cruise control! The finish on this bike is high quality it has a great finish to the paint! It arrived in the Box undamaged and this is my third wired! You get a lot for your money which in my book is a very good price!
Charles K.
Funny how things can go from a new and unfamiliar experience to something more comfortable. Put my Wired Cruiser together and went for a run around the block. That first ride was just a little bit awkward because it felt a little out of balance.
Of course, I had just stopped riding a Class II Blix bike so the feel of the new machine was inevitably different. I've had my Cruiser for about 10 days and 100 miles and I now feel very comfortable on this bike. Also had several compliments on the machine as well. The full suspension has done wonders for my back as well.
Raymond S.
The wife asked me, “why do you need more than one bike?” I tried to explain to her that it was a lot like golf where you have different clubs for different situations. Sometimes I feel like taking a different ride. She told me to take up golf. I love all my Wired bikes.
Alexander B.
Although I loved my original Wired Cruiser 2023 ,its update is an improvement in practically every way. A smoother ride than its predecessor, it sensor that evenly distributes power, resulting in a more natural ride feel that’s easier to control and manage. Its update also adds visibility, not just with integrated lights, but a full color, easy-to-read display. The Wired Cruiser 2024-2 isn’t just one of my favorite e-bikes—at its price, comfort level, and premium features, I think it just might be the best
My only gripe is with its suspension fork, which can’t handle bigger bumps, though the lockout feature works well. When it hits these large bumps, the fork's rebound is unpredictable and rapid, and it tends to bottom out. Still, if you need an e-bike for doing just about anything, from commuting to work to zipping around pavement on the weekend, the Wired Cruiser 2024-.2 is my top nomination. gripe is with its suspension fork, which can’t handle bigger bumps, though the lockout feature works well. Great communication throughout the purchase and delivery.
Assembly was simple except for attaching the rear rack. Very tight tolerances required removing the nuts and bolts from the top and having a helper apply pressure to the rack to align the bottom holes with the frame, then reattaching the top to the frame. The only other "special" thing I did was apply some grease to the front axel. Just follow the very few instructions and you'll do fine.
Micajah B.
Easy to assemble, headset is a bit stiff, might try to adjust, be nice if there was some torque values. Lots of power has some rattling going over grass and rougher gravel roads but not too bad. Good value for the power you get.
Lori M.
Fantastic bike! Powerful and full of features. Unleash the class 3 power and hold on. The color and finish are awesome.
Joseph H.
Absolutely love it! I'm so excited to ride it more, at this point I have 10 miles on it. This is a beast thank you! Had to wait 3 months but well worth the wait!
Wayne A.
Our two Wired Cruiser eBikes are as powerful as they are beautiful. The range of adjustability of the suspension and the many parameters that can be changed after unlocking the settings, allows us to dial in the performance of these bikes to suit our riding styles.
Rick N.
The new 25 Cruiser is terrific. I am a huge Wired fan. I've had the 24 model since January, I love it and have put lots of miles on it. When I saw the extra range potential on the 25 I ordered it without hesitation. For me, it's all about range. I'm getting about 25% battery per hour the way I ride. So, roughly 4 hours of ride time which is perfect. On the 24, I was getting about 3 hours. The 25 is even bigger and beefier than the 24 and has noticeably quite a bit more power and speed. With the weight and power, you've got to pay attention. I would not recommend this bike if you aren't a certain size, age and up to the task. Though my garage looks like a wired franchise, I sort of like having two, both models. The 24 for quick runs and the 25 for long range. I live in Utah, so there is lots of ground to cover and I'm never at a loss for a beautiful ride. Thanks Wired for pushing past the conventional and creating an unapologetically slick, bold and badass E-bike.
Dennis E.
Came in perfect condition!… however it takes 2 people to remove the rear battery.. one to turn and hold the key the other to pull out the battery!… I’ve seen the e-cells key turns all the way around and one person can easily remove the battery!… this is a obvious flaw…
Tony L.
Bike was delivered without a scratch. It was easy to install the 10% that was left to do. Had watched alot of videos on the bike and was so excited to get it. It was worth it. Me and my wife have gone out almost every day and love it. I have read Facebook posts about people having a bent fender or something else and Wired Customer Support has always helped them. That's a company I want to do business with.
Thank you Wired
Matthew H.
I love this bike. I've owned three other electric bikes before this and this is by far my favorite! As far as directions go I didnt see anything in the box but I was able to set the bike up pretty easy. I couldnt figure out how to attach the light to the frame with the given nuts and bolts but I had something in the garage that worked fine. I also purchased the seat post through wired and I love it. It may be an issue for shorter riders due to it makes the seat about as tall as the taller seat post. I don't mind the extra height but a smaller rider under 5"8 might have concerns with the height. I've had the bike for two weekends and I've gone on a super relaxed ride each weekend and have gone twice the distance I'd normally go compared to my other ebikes due to the distance from duel batteries.
David J.
Wow ! This is by far the most impressive bike I've ever ridden. I researched many bikes before making my purchase, and this was the one. Many thanks to Citizen Cycle for their great, honest reviews. The suspension, the power the overall fit and finish is awesome.
After unboxing, I found that the front sprocket protector ring was damaged. I sent an email to Wired and they immediately sent me a replacement...same day ! Great service ! I can't say enough about how much I love this thing...thank you !
Paul K.
Just received my Wired Cruiser+ in stealth black. Love the incredible power, performance, smooth ride, and the looks. The range with the two batteries is WOW. The quality is there, NO death wobble here for all you negative people out there. You have to get this bike.

We are really happy with our purchase of two Wired Cruiser e-bikes. We are 68/67 year old riders and found the step-through feature of the Cruiser to be very beneficial when mounting bikes. The blue and lime green colors are beautiful, and we get many compliments on them. We adjusted the settings to use the available power fully and found we could climb any road in our area. The components used are the best available. We highly recommend people searching for an e-bike to check Wired out. Rob and Lori Miesen

It's awesome! So much power and the rear suspension is just lovely. Definitely one of the best bikes out there!

This is one beast of an E Bike. Absolutely love it. The ride, power and fit and finish are second to none. For the money, I don’t’ believe you can beat this bike. If you’re thinking about it, just go for it.

I bought a bike. Sight unseen. Could not touch it or see it. Could not test ride it. I had to pay in advance...Thousands of dollars. And then wait several months. The nice lady on the phone said that they had just received bikes in at the Port and to call back in a week to check the status to see if I would get one of them. I called back as instructed. I man answered the phone. I explained what I was calling for. I was stunned at the rude behavior. He was a complete Ass*ole. I asked who I was speaking with and he quickly said Dan. I'm one of the owners. He continued to be annoyed by my call and was really nasty. I ended the phone call and cancelled my order immediately. I will not do business with someone who would treat a customer this way. I encourage all who reads this review to reconsider giving these people your money. I thought, what if I have a warranty issue. No way would I expect Dan's company to help me or to feel sympathetic to my needs. After reading more about this company, I was not alone in dealing with Dan the Ass*ole. Run from this company. They are not worthy of your hard earned money. And then to wait a month or more, only to be treated like your not appreciated. You lost this customer. I immediately purchased from another company and they could not be nicer. I'm looking forward to my new bike and I'm also looking forward to the readers canceling their orders with Wired or not even placing it to begin with. I hope Dan reads this and realizes that maybe he should stay off the phone and not speak with customers. He's bad for business.

My Wired Freedom and I began our journey as a New Year's resolution. Since Jan'24, I've ridden a little over 2000 miles, dropping from 260 lbs to 192 lbs today (so far!) I can't begin to tell you how the Wired Freedom has changed my life. The name is almost prophetic- I have the Freedom to go anywhere that I want to!
I quickly learned that I'm not interested in speed as much as I love the range that I can get. With the controller on PAS 2, I can easily go 35-40 miles (given the elevation diff between where I live in the western Vegas valley and the Las Vegas Strip) with zero range anxiety! My Freedom is a single battery model and I'm hoping Wired comes up with an upgrade kit for adding a rear battery.

This is the second time I've attempted to leave a bad review, so even their review system is faulty.
Anyway, they make a poor product and have terrible customer service when it fails. I would honestly expect more from a $200 Huffy.

DO NOT BUY FROM WIRED!
I purchased a Freedom a few months ago and have had nothing but problems with it. Unfortunately, the bike is low quality, and the customer service offered by Wired is even worse.
My bike worked fine for about 20 miles, and then the left crank arm bolt started to loosen. I tightened it, but it would only last about a mile or two before loosening again. I contacted customer service, and they were initially helpful but then attempted to blame me for my experience with their faulty product. Ultimately, their "solution" was to send me a product link to an Amazon replacement arm that doesn't even match my bike. They offered no apology, no refund, no replacement parts, and no concern for the damage done to the crank arm mount point because of their assembly problems. I have no idea if this repair will hold, but I am skeptical.
In short, I wish I hadn't purchased this bicycle and would be disappointed in its quality if it were a $200 Huffy.

Allow me to offer my thoughts afrer owning my Wired Freedom bike for almost a year. For the most part I am very satisfied with my decision to purchase this bike. I live in the Texas hill country, and ride almost every day. One of my issues with the Wired Freedom is that I am only 5'7" tall, and this bike is too tall for someone my size. I was assured by the company when I purchased it that the fit would not be a problem, but it is. The other issue I have with my experience with Wired is the lack of customer service. I will say that I am still of the opinion that there is real value in this bike, but buyers please realize that you will become yesterdays news, and on your own after the purchase. I plan to gift this bike to my step son who is 6'3" and i'm sure that he will thoroughly enjoy it. I will purchase another bike that fits my size better, from a company that I can establish a fair and equitable relationship with after the sale. In closing, I rate the Wired Freedom five stars, but my buying experience less than 1 star.
Dissapointed in Texas,
