Returning New Bikes
You may return a new Power Performance Bike (PPB) within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in new condition, and in original packaging. This time frame is calculated from the date the PPB was delivered to you and the date we received it back to our warehouse. This time must be no more than 14 days.
You must contact Wired Ebikes Customer Support at 888.996.0632 prior to returning your bike!
Do not send your PPB back to us prior to speaking with our agents first.
You are responsible for round-trip shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
**This round trip shipping includes the original cost to receive the bike and the cost of shipping the bike back to us. You are responsible for the shipping cost both ways**
We do not charge a restocking fee for new bikes, but any shipping damage will also be deducted from the refund. We suggest you purchase shipping insurance from Carrier to send the bike back! Contact us prior to just sending your bike back!
Once the bike is returned to us, we will verify it is in "New Condition" and then issue a refund under the above stated terms.
Returning Used Bikes (25% Restocking Fee Plus Shipping):
You may return a bike that has been ridden if:
It's within 21 days of receiving it;
It has fewer than 10 miles on the odometer;
It's in like-new condition (No scratches or damage to frame/wheels/components);
All original packaging, charges, keys and batteries are included with return;
You pay a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping the bike round-trip, which will be deducted from your refund.
This time frame for returning a used bike is calculated from the date the PPB was delivered to you and the date we received it back to our warehouse. This time must be no more than 21 days.
Battery Returns: Battery purchases are non-returnable due to shipping restrictions for high-capacity lithium-ion batteries.
Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning any item. These costs are non-refundable.
Once the bike is returned to us, we will verify it meets the conditions of the above indicated terms and then issue an appropriate refund.
Return to Sender or Refused Shipment
**If your order is returned because of an incorrect address or because you refused delivery, WIRED will consider it a “return” as described above. You are responsible for round-trip shipping fees, which we will deduct from your refund.**
